What surprised me most was that basic amenities like tea, coffee, sugar, and milk weren’t provided—something I’d expect even in a mid-range hotel. A full-length mirror in the bedroom would’ve been helpful for checking outfits. Extra pillows would’ve made the bed much more comfortable. Adding some artwork or photos on the walls in both the lounge and bedroom could really elevate the atmosphere. If staying longer than a few days, there’s no dedicated space to hang clothes—very inconvenient. The bathroom is modern but needs a good clean, especially around the shower tiles. As older guests, having a grab bar in the shower would’ve made us feel safer. I’m not sure if you have accessible rooms with walk-in showers—I should’ve asked before booking. Lastly, there are no maps of Sydney, travel guides, or brochures available, which would’ve been useful for first-time visitors. Overall, the hotel has great potential. It’s clean, well-designed, and conveniently located—but it definitely lacks those small, thoughtful details that make a stay feel truly special. With a few improvements, this could be an excellent choice.
