We appreciated the complimentary water and welcome non-alcoholic drinks, and the free 15-minute massage was a lovely touch — we upgraded it to 45 minutes, which was absolutely worth it. Just an 8-minute walk to Santafé Mall (with an underground grocery store), everything we needed was within reach. The fully stocked fridge and bar with paid items were super convenient for late-night snacks or drinks. Breakfast was a highlight — a generous buffet featuring fresh fruits, hot soups, and a wide variety of options. Staff at breakfast and evening bar were attentive and friendly. The room was spacious, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—luxury meets practicality. The bed was so cozy I barely wanted to get up in the morning. Staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything. They even offered to carry our luggage upstairs—small touches that made a big difference. Location-wise, it's super convenient—just a short metro ride to downtown, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby. While I did notice there weren’t any disposable toiletries provided (especially no disposable slippers), it’s a small trade-off considering how well-maintained the place is and how great the overall experience was. The room was quiet, comfortable, and spotless. For the price, this hotel offers outstanding value. I’d happily return and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Medellín.
