That was extremely inconvenient and felt totally unreasonable. Given how early we were leaving, expecting guests to plan ahead like that isn’t practical. While the hotel’s basic amenities are solid, this poor experience significantly affected my overall impression. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially if you’re planning an early morning schedule.
