If possible, we’d give more than 10 points to the incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful front desk staff. Having traveled across India for a full year, we can confidently say New Hotel Suhail is the most well-organized accommodation we’ve stayed at so far. We did have a small issue with towels, but it was resolved immediately and professionally. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly throughout our stay. Every day, one liter of bottled water was provided free of charge—a small but thoughtful touch. The photos on the platform truly reflect reality—no exaggeration.
