Absolutely stunning hotel—truly the best in Kolkata! The property is massive, almost like getting lost in a luxury maze. The pool area is breathtaking, and guests enjoy complimentary access to the sauna, steam room, and hot tub—perfect for relaxation. Breakfast is exceptional: diverse, delicious, and beautifully presented. I’d love to come back again. The only minor issue was staying on the 70th floor—there’s likely a rooftop bar above, and occasionally, I could hear loud creaking sounds from furniture being moved, especially chair legs scraping the floor. A simple fix like adding felt pads or a soft rug might help reduce the noise. Otherwise, this place is nearly flawless!

Also, towels in the pool area are charged, which I found a bit surprising, though it’s a small thing. That said, these didn’t detract from the excellent experience at all. The staff truly made the difference—special thanks to the front desk team, especially Sony, the bar staff at the Egyptian Bar, the manager, and the restaurant waitstaff. Everyone was warm, professional, and attentive. The ambiance is elegant, the location is convenient, and the value for money is outstanding. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues—and I’m already planning to come back myself.

Water provided was only RO-filtered water in open, unsealed bottles—no mineral water or sealed options available, which made me hesitant to drink it. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations. Despite a decent bed, the cramped space, poor service, constant noise, and hygiene concerns make this a tough recommendation. Not worth staying unless you're on a very tight budget.
