I stayed here in June 2022 during a trip to Scotland, and unfortunately, I wasn't impressed. The property is essentially a collection of apartments located in an aging building situated in a less desirable part of Glasgow. My unit didn’t match the photos shown on the platform at all—I brought this up, and was told the images were from other units. The windows wouldn’t close properly, letting in constant street noise from the busy road outside. Up close, the place looked dirty and clearly lacked proper maintenance. Overall, I regret choosing this accommodation and believe I could have found a better option for the price.

Staying near Glasgow University? This hotel is a perfect choice! The room was surprisingly spacious—three of us easily unpacked two 28-inch suitcases without feeling cramped, and the luggage storage service made our arrival and departure super smooth. Located just steps away from campus, it’s ideal for students or visitors exploring the city. There’s a convenient supermarket and several great dining options within walking distance, plus a peaceful park nearby where I enjoyed a relaxing evening stroll. Everything you need is right at your doorstep. The location, comfort, and value are outstanding. If you’re looking for a stress-free, central base in Glasgow with easy access to everything, this place delivers every single time. Highly recommend!

We stayed overnight in Glasgow before catching our flight back home, and it was the perfect choice. The hotel is centrally located—walking distance to the subway, making travel to the airport or to Celtic Park super convenient. Guests get access to a limited parking zone, which worked out well for us. The on-site restaurant served both breakfast and dinner with great quality and a cozy atmosphere. But what truly stood out was the staff. From the friendly check-in guy to Harry, who served our breakfast the next morning, everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Harry even gave us some thoughtful recommendations for things to see along the way to the stadium and airport—so much appreciated! The whole experience felt personal and welcoming. If we ever return to Glasgow, this would be our first pick again.

Located in a quiet yet convenient area of Glasgow, it's just steps away from a bus stop right in front, making transit super easy. I appreciated how close it was to downtown attractions without the noise or hassle of being in the middle of everything. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful too. For the price, this place offers incredible value. I’d definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Glasgow.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Holiday Inn Glasgow - City Ctr Theatreland—right in the heart of the city and incredibly convenient for exploring. I stayed here with a colleague during a work trip, and since our original hotel was fully booked, we were redirected to this one through the platform. The location is fantastic—steps away from theatres, restaurants, and public transit. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a great bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful, offering local tips upon check-in. It’s rare to find such a well-located, high-quality hotel at this price point. I’d definitely recommend it—and will be booking again on my next visit to Glasgow.

Located just a 5-minute walk from Glasgow Central Station, this Travelodge offers unbeatable convenience with countless pubs, cafés, and restaurants all within easy reach. Shopping options nearby cater to every taste and budget—perfect for a quick stroll after checking in. The only minor downside? I didn’t realize the room didn’t include a hairdryer until after my post-shower hair wash. Thankfully, it was a warm day, so my hair dried naturally without too much hassle. We even stopped by Bier Halle nearby—absolutely loved the vibe and selection of craft beers. Already planning our next stay here! Great value, excellent location, and a welcoming atmosphere—definitely recommend.

I chose this hotel based on a family recommendation, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. Located right across from Cobblers Bridge, it’s perfectly positioned to explore everything the old town has to offer—walking distance to shops, restaurants, and historic sites. The welcome drink upon check-in was a thoughtful touch that set a warm tone for our stay. The staff were consistently professional, courteous, and attentive without being overbearing. Our third-floor room faced the old town, offering a charming view of the city’s character. The elevator worked smoothly, and the room was well-insulated—noise from the street didn’t carry in at all, even late into the night. The double glazing made a noticeable difference. Inside, the space was clean, well-presented, and thoughtfully designed: a comfortable bed, excellent bathroom with a strong shower, ample wardrobe space, a safe, mini-fridge, and complimentary tea, coffee, and water. Breakfast was generous and varied—great quality and a real highlight. The only minor note is that the room felt quite warm during our stay; the air conditioning didn’t seem to be activated, possibly due to the season. Still, that didn’t dampen the overall experience. This is a top-tier choice in Glasgow, and I’d highly recommend booking here without hesitation.
