Staying at Aparthotel Adagio Frankfurt City Messe was an absolute highlight of my trip! The location is unbeatable—right next to the exhibition center, making it incredibly convenient for business travelers or event attendees. The apartment-style rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a kitchenette, which allowed me to prepare simple meals and save money while enjoying the comfort of home. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the included breakfast was fresh and satisfying. There are plenty of restaurants nearby—great for exploring local cuisine without having to travel far. Overall, the combination of convenience, cleanliness, service, and value made this one of the best stays I’ve had in Frankfurt. I’ll definitely be returning here on my next visit!

Staying at Ibis Frankfurt Centrum was an absolute delight. The hotel's proximity to the Main River is unbeatable—after dinner, we loved taking a leisurely evening stroll along the riverbank. It’s such a peaceful and scenic spot, perfect for unwinding. Fun fact: the staff at the riverside restaurant even started recognizing us! They were so friendly, it felt like we were regulars. Plus, the location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the train station, making travel around Frankfurt super easy. This place truly delivers comfort, charm, and great value. Definitely planning to come back.
LyvInn Hotel Frankfurt
This hotel was the perfect way to wrap up my Germany trip. Even though it's close to the train tracks, the location is surprisingly quiet—perfect for snapping some cool videos of passing trains at night. Out of all three hotels I stayed at during my visit, this one was by far the cleanest and had the most stylish interior design. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, even late at night when I arrived tired and jet-lagged. Having their own bar and restaurant on-site made it super convenient to unwind after a long day of travel—no need to go out just to grab a drink or meal. Plus, it’s only a 10-15 minute walk to Skyline Plaza (the mall), ideal for last-minute shopping before heading home. Honestly, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful—they even assisted me with travel planning and handed me a small welcome gift, which made the stay feel personal and warm. What really stands out is the value for money: you get a clean, safe, and well-designed space without paying a fortune. If you're looking for a budget-friendly yet high-quality option in Frankfurt, this place is definitely worth considering. I’ll be back next time I visit!

The cleanliness was generally good, though it does depend a bit on your roommates—luckily, our group was considerate and kept things tidy. The beds were fresh with clean linens, and the shared bathrooms were well-maintained throughout our stay. Overall, this is a solid choice for budget travelers who want comfort, convenience, and a great value. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Frankfurt.
United Hostel Frankfurt City Center
I’ve been a Global Services member for years and have endured multiple flight delays this year due to crew issues or connections, so I’ve always tried to be patient while waiting for late connecting passengers. Today, our Lufthansa flight from Warsaw was delayed, and we were remotely gate-checked at FRA for our United connection to SFO. The passport control process in Frankfurt was even worse than usual—manual checks slowed everything down, leaving us arriving at the gate at least 15 minutes late. The app had already updated the flight delay by 15 minutes, so we expected to be allowed on board. We knew we were on our way. Was it tight? Yes—but that’s what I’ve come to expect when managing connections. Yet, staff refused boarding despite the aircraft still being there. How can you turn away passengers who are clearly on time for their connection? As a high-paying business class traveler and loyal Global Services member, I felt deeply disrespected. No Global Services support was available at FRA, and even after calling GS, they couldn’t reach UAL airport operations. Really? How do you run an airline without reliable communication channels? This incident on September 27th, Flight 59, capped off a long string of poor operations at FRA—not just for Lufthansa, but across all United flights. Boarding and deplaning via stairs is outdated and inconvenient. If real 21st-century passenger experience were prioritized, connecting flights would be managed with efficiency and care. Instead, we’re left stranded, told to find help from Lufthansa when United is responsible for the connection. It doesn’t make sense. I ended up booking a hotel myself, but many travelers were left without support. Where’s the accountability?

The Hotel Villa Florentina in Frankfurt exceeded all my expectations.
