One of the highlights? The laundry facilities on the second floor: plenty of washers and dryers available. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful—they provided free detergent and even let us borrow laundry cards that we could top up ourselves. I accidentally left a set of clothes behind, but the platform made it easy to call the hotel directly and resolve the issue quickly. Great value, excellent service, and a central location.
