Stayed at this fantastic downtown apartment and couldn't have been happier! The space was huge, spotless, and incredibly quiet—perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring Nashville. The bathroom looked brand new, with modern fixtures and excellent cleanliness throughout. Everything I needed for my trip was right there, from toiletries to kitchen essentials. Best part? It's just a short walk to all the downtown attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. Super convenient location without the noise or hassle of being too close to the action. Would absolutely book again—highly recommend for anyone visiting Nashville!

The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the action, with great access to restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The property itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a charming, cozy vibe that really stands out. That said, the sofa beds are a major disappointment. In our first room, it was already broken, so we were given an inflatable mattress. The second one wasn’t damaged, but the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and clearly not up to standard. Communication was frustrating—we had to rely solely on the app, with no direct phone support, which made things harder than they should’ve been. We had two back-to-back bookings, and despite multiple messages confirming this, we were still required to move rooms unexpectedly. We received conflicting information throughout the morning, forcing us to rush and relocate last minute. On the bright side, the regular beds were very comfortable, and surprisingly, even though we were right near the bustling area, the unit remained quiet and peaceful at night. Overall, we’d stay again—if we didn’t need a sofa bed.

It’s just a 10-minute walk to Broadway, making it super convenient for exploring the city center. The building is quiet and well soundproofed—no noise from neighbors or street traffic, which made for a peaceful night’s sleep. The kitchenette is fully equipped, so cooking your own meals was easy and enjoyable. Check-in was entirely digital through the app—super smooth and hassle-free with no front desk interaction needed. There’s also a nearby public parking lot that you can access using a QR code, which is super convenient if you’re driving. Overall, the location, comfort, and smart design make this a top-tier stay. I’d definitely come back.

We booked The Guild in the Gulch for a quick weekend getaway while staying close to home, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Located in a great area, it’s perfect if you're okay walking a bit—just a 12-minute ride to Opry Mills, 10 minutes to Geodis for soccer fans, and only 8 minutes to Ascend for concerts. All our rides from there were under $10, which was super affordable. If you’re looking for a relaxing escape without being far from everything, this place is a top pick. We’ll definitely come back.

The Eighteen by Mint House
This place was a real gem! The value for money was outstanding—clean, stylishly decorated, and just plain welcoming. My only concern was the parking situation. Extra parking was located down a narrow alley, and it wasn’t clear whether I needed to pay the host for a reserved spot or if access was free. There didn’t seem to be enough spaces, which made me a little anxious. Luckily, I managed to park on the street, but it wasn’t ideal. Still, overall, I couldn’t be happier with my stay. I wish we’d booked a longer visit—this place would’ve been perfect for a weekend getaway or even a week-long retreat. Just add some outdoor furniture to that balcony, and it’d be an absolute dream for morning coffee or sunset views.

The service at Vandyke Bed & Beverage was absolutely terrible. My friend and I stopped by on a Saturday evening for a drink — we’re locals, so we weren’t even strangers to the place. There were already four people at the bar when we arrived: another couple and then a third couple walked in after us. When we came in, the bartender was serving the first couple. We naturally assumed we’d be next — but instead, he skipped right ahead to serve the couple who had just walked in behind us. Then, after that, he spent nearly five minutes clearing the dishwasher while casually answering questions from the first couple about cocktail recipes. Not once did he acknowledge us. We timed it — ten full minutes passed with zero interaction. Honestly, we didn’t know what his issue was, but we won’t be coming back. For a place that claims to offer hospitality, this experience was a complete letdown.
