Staying at this homestay was an absolute delight! Right outside the door is the Wanda Plaza, making dining, shopping, and exploring super convenient. If you're driving, there are free public parking spots right in front of the building—no worries about parking fees. The underground parking garage charges just ¥5 per hour, which is very reasonable. There's also another nearby lot offering daily parking for ¥15, just a 5-minute walk away. Plus, the Wanda Plaza has shared bikes, so I easily rode to Ta Wan Xingshun International Night Market—about 2.3 km away. It was such a fun and relaxed way to explore the local vibe. Clean rooms, great location, excellent value, and friendly staff. Definitely coming back next time!

I stayed overnight at this property and although I didn’t get a chance to take photos of the room, I can confidently say the experience was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay. Location-wise, it’s incredibly convenient: just a short walk from subway access, and there are several convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, making daily essentials easy to grab. Parking is available only in the designated parking lot—there are no street spots directly in front of the building, so parking on the street will result in a ticket. All amenities were fully functional: air conditioning, hot water, reliable Wi-Fi, and everything else you’d expect. With such cleanliness, comfort, and value for money, this place offers fantastic bang for your buck. I’ll definitely be staying here again when I return to Shenyang.
