The restaurant’s cuisine is truly special, featuring local ingredients like Mézenc beef, fresh mountain foraged produce, omble chevalier, confit veal with Beaujolais cider, and cheeses from Villechenève — each dish told a story of the region’s rich culinary heritage. A heartfelt thanks to Chef Anthony Bonnet for his creative, thoughtful cooking. The bar team also shined with expertly crafted cocktails that elevated the whole experience. It’s only a matter of time before this gem earns a star in a famous culinary guide. We’re already planning our return — just to relive a little more of this joy.

I had my first-ever experience with a croissant sandwiched with strawberry jam and hoisin sauce—unexpected but surprisingly delicious! There was a little mix-up with my tea order: I asked for a cup of black tea, but the server handed me a tea bag instead.
