The valets were incredibly courteous and thoughtful with our vehicle—truly appreciated. Carolyn at the front desk helped me navigate the platform’s check-in system, making my room switch seamless and stress-free. The pool area is absolutely fantastic—relaxing, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding. We’ve been coming back to Hotel Ella ever since we could travel again after the pandemic, and it still feels like home. There’s a real sense of warmth and hospitality here that’s hard to find elsewhere. Thank you for such a welcoming stay—we’ll definitely be back.

I stayed at The Otis Hotel Austin, Autograph Collection during a conference in downtown Austin, and the experience was outstanding. The exterior looks unassuming, but stepping into the lobby reveals a popular local bar that’s packed every evening—great vibe and lively atmosphere. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic: two complimentary main dishes, a dessert, and free beverages (available only with breakfast-inclusive room rates). Portions were generous—so much so I couldn’t finish everything. The views at night are spectacular—direct sightlines to the downtown skyline, plus a rooftop pool and lounge with expansive, open-air vistas. It’s perfect for unwinding after a long day. Cleanliness and overall ambiance were top-notch. The only minor downside? No toothbrush or toothpaste provided—had to pick them up at front desk—and the toothbrush felt a bit rough in quality. Still, these small details don’t take away from an excellent stay. Highly recommend for business travelers or anyone looking for a stylish, well-located spot in Austin.
Moxy Austin - University
Staying at Moxy Austin - University was a fantastic experience! The location is perfect if you're visiting Austin—walking distance to campus, local cafes, and downtown. The room is cozy and thoughtfully designed with modern touches, and it's spotless. I loved the free coffee station and mini-fridge in the room—small perks that made a big difference. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. It’s an excellent choice for travelers who want style, comfort, and value without the luxury price tag. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff went above and beyond—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. It's clear they take pride in their service. Cleanliness, convenience, and hospitality all hit top marks. This hotel offers fantastic value and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Austin.

Staying at this hotel was a breeze—perfectly quiet yet still just a 20-minute drive from all the downtown action. The location offers a nice balance: peaceful surroundings with plenty of nearby options for dining and exploring, without feeling too far from the city’s pulse. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. It’s an ideal choice if you’re looking for a relaxed getaway with easy access to everything Austin has to offer. Definitely worth returning to.
