The ground-floor lobby and front desk are intentionally understated—so much so that I initially thought I’d taken a wrong turn. But once inside, the space unfolds with striking visual impact and thoughtful design that feels both modern and serene. The rooms embrace a minimalist Japanese aesthetic: clean lines, clever layout, and impeccable maintenance—no signs of wear at all. What really impressed me was the little touches in the bathroom: a lip balm and compact mirror tucked into the toiletry kit, which shows an understanding of guests’ needs that even some luxury brands overlook. Staff are warm and attentive, though a few small improvements could elevate the experience further—offering a drink while waiting to check in would be a nice gesture, and unsealing the slippers during turndown service instead of just placing them on the floor would add a more refined touch. Overall, the stay was deeply relaxing and memorable. It’s one of those places where every detail feels intentional. Definitely worth returning to.

Despite arriving a bit later than expected, they still managed to surprise him with a lovely birthday cake without any delay. The dining options were excellent, with consistently high-quality dishes that tasted amazing. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel truly special, turning the evening into a relaxed and memorable celebration. The attention to detail, the elegant ambiance, and the seamless service all contributed to an unforgettable experience. I can’t recommend this hotel enough—definitely a place we’ll return to, and one worth sharing with friends and family.

The fitness center is compact but equipped with top-tier Technogym machines, perfect for a quick workout. But honestly, the real surprise was the dining. The Western restaurant served an outstanding dinner—perfectly cooked steak and a delicious seafood risotto that blew me away. Breakfast was equally impressive, with a wide variety of high-quality options. From start to finish, every detail was thoughtfully done. This hotel exceeded all my expectations. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hong Kong.

For transport, it’s about a 15-minute bus ride to Kennedy Town, but the hotel offers direct minibus service from the front door, plus free shuttle buses to IFC, making it easy to get around. The area nearby is mostly furniture stores and home decor shops, and the hotel entrance has dim lighting—could easily be missed if you're not paying attention. But there's a convenient 24-hour convenience store right next door, a self-service laundry facility, and even a few coin-operated claw machines for some fun. When checking in, I asked about delaying checkout, and the staff mentioned a $200 fee per hour extension—fair enough for the location and service level. The room itself is spacious with high ceilings, giving it an open and airy feel. Minimalist design with white tones and soft, well-balanced lighting—it feels clean, calm, and very comfortable. The bathroom is compact but fully equipped with shampoo, body wash, and hand soap. The TV offers YouTube and Netflix access—great for downtime. Staff also mentioned a lounge area on the 4th floor where guests can smoke. Unfortunately, I arrived too late to explore the hotel’s facilities beyond the lobby and room. Still, my overall impression was excellent—well-kept, modern, and welcoming. I’d definitely come back. Pro tip: Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, or buy them at the front desk. A HK$500 deposit is required upon check-in.
