The fan's speed control wasn't working at all, so I had to sleep with it on full blast all night, even though it was freezing cold. The blankets felt dirty and unclean—definitely not hygienic. To make matters worse, I saw rats moving around inside the room, which was shocking and completely unacceptable. The overall cleanliness and maintenance are seriously lacking. This place is poorly managed, and the condition of the rooms is far below basic standards. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, and I certainly won’t be returning.
