The room was the largest I’ve stayed in during my entire trip to Japan, and while it has a classic, vintage charm, it’s been well-maintained with no musty old-room smell. Everything was spotless and clean. Breakfast was solid—good variety and consistent quality. The free shuttle to the station is a huge plus, and the airport bus stop is right outside the door. Across the street is a 7-Eleven, making late-night snacks or early morning coffee super convenient. If I ever return to Sapporo, this will be my top choice without hesitation.

One downside: the on-site omakase dinner was disappointing—way too bland and not worth the price. I’d skip it if I were you. Overall, though, everything else hit the mark—the ambiance, design, cleanliness, and service were all excellent. It’s definitely a place I’d stay again, especially for travelers who appreciate character and charm over cookie-cutter hotels.
