The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Xihu Road Snack Street for some delicious local eats, and it’s super convenient for visiting Nankai University and Tianjin University. A quick taxi ride takes you to Tianjin Eye and the Ancient Culture Street in just 10–15 minutes. The breakfast spread is outstanding—plenty of hot Western and Chinese dishes, fresh fruits, pastries, and even authentic local favorites like jianbing and wonton soup, all made with great taste and freshness. The front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and went the extra mile by offering personalized family-friendly travel tips. Free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and parking was easy to access. Whether traveling with kids or on business, this hotel truly checks every box. It’s already on my must-stay list for future trips to Tianjin—I’ll definitely be back.

Staying at Banyan Tree Tianjin Riverside was an absolute delight! While the 'Xuan Ying Photography Experience' wasn't available during our visit, everything else more than made up for it. The complimentary minibar was fantastic—well-stocked with quality drinks and snacks, a real highlight. We used the 90% discount at Baiyun Chinese Restaurant, and while the food was solid and traditional, it delivered exactly what we expected. The pool area is beautifully designed and well-maintained, with excellent facilities that make it perfect for relaxing. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout—no issues at all. But the real showstopper? The view of the Ferris wheel at night—it’s breathtaking. The lights sparkle across the river, creating a romantic and unforgettable atmosphere. And the service? Outstanding. Manager Tian Bing was especially attentive and welcoming, going out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. From start to finish, this place exceeded expectations. A truly memorable experience with incredible value—definitely coming back.

Coming to Tianjin for two main reasons: catching some local xiangsheng comedy and checking out the famous Xibei Jiao breakfast street — both lived up to expectations, with amazing performances and delicious food. The hotel is located right in the bustling Aqua City area, surrounded by vibrant street life and authentic city energy. The staff went above and beyond — especially Manager Xiao Meng at reception, who gave us great tips on photo spots and even helped us explore Jin Street, including the fun tradition of stepping on copper coins. Our room was upgraded without any extra cost, and it’s spacious, bright, and beautifully lit. Everything about this stay felt genuine and thoughtful. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Tianjin — I’d definitely come back.

This stay was absolutely outstanding! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient—my room was upgraded without any hassle, and check-in took less than five minutes. The room itself is spacious, around 60 square meters, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully prepared with a welcome fruit platter and full amenities. Every detail felt cared for. Staff were attentive and always ready to help, making the entire experience seamless. Location-wise, it’s perfect—right in the heart of the shopping district with a metro station just steps away. Great for dining and exploring. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel was wonderfully quiet at night, so I slept through the whole evening without disturbance. This place truly delivers on comfort, service, and convenience. Definitely coming back next time I’m in Tianjin!

Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—just a 200-meter walk to Rongneng Mall, and the mall connects directly to the subway station, so getting around is super convenient without stepping outside. Nearby highlights include a high-end Gu Li Bao restaurant (a must-try for authentic local flavors) and Guiyuan Restaurant, which served delicious meals with great ambiance. Check-in on New Year’s Day was packed—full house, long lines—but Serena at the front desk made it smooth and stress-free. She handled three rooms for me with such warmth and speed that I actually noticed her later—she’s even featured in the official promotional video on Ctrip! The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with a spacious layout and modern touches. My only small wish? Upgrading to a smart toilet would be a nice touch, especially for a luxury Marriott property. Overall, the service, location, and vibe were top-notch. It’s clear this hotel knows how to deliver a premium experience—and I’ll definitely be back.

The room was quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed with excellent soundproofing—perfect for a good night's sleep. I booked this apartment specifically for the Arena concert featuring Ren Jieqi, and the location couldn’t have been better. The room offered a stunning view directly into the stadium—just wake up and you’re already in the mood! Cleanliness was top-notch, the space felt spacious and comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. A great shopping plaza is less than 3 km away—easy to reach by car or public transit—and it’s actually a fun place to stroll around. Everything about the stay was convenient and thoughtfully designed. If I ever come back to Tianjin, this will be my first choice again.

The overall experience was excellent! Check-in was quick and smooth, and the room was spotless and comfortable. We happened to meet a staff member in the elevator who kindly handed an orange to my child—such a sweet little gesture that made the little one so happy. The hotel’s location is fantastic, just steps away from Tianjin Eye and easily accessible by public transit. The only downside was the parking wait time—there were even some tense moments between guests waiting for spots, so I hope they can improve the parking system. But despite that, the service, cleanliness, and value for money are outstanding. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tianjin—highly recommend this hotel!

The hot water in the bathroom was consistently strong, with excellent water pressure, making for a truly relaxing shower. Small touches made a big difference: USB charging ports by the bed, blackout curtains that actually work, and soft disposable slippers—every detail shows thoughtfulness. The housekeeping staff were attentive, always cleaning thoroughly and replacing toiletries without being asked. Everyone on staff greeted me with a warm smile and went out of their way to help. It’s rare to find such consistent hospitality. Plus, the location is fantastic—just a short subway ride from downtown Tianjin.
