Coming to Tianjin for two main reasons: catching some local xiangsheng comedy and checking out the famous Xibei Jiao breakfast street — both lived up to expectations, with amazing performances and delicious food. The hotel is located right in the bustling Aqua City area, surrounded by vibrant street life and authentic city energy. The staff went above and beyond — especially Manager Xiao Meng at reception, who gave us great tips on photo spots and even helped us explore Jin Street, including the fun tradition of stepping on copper coins. Our room was upgraded without any extra cost, and it’s spacious, bright, and beautifully lit. Everything about this stay felt genuine and thoughtful. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Tianjin — I’d definitely come back.

First time visiting Tianjin, and this Atour Hotel near the Olympic Sports Center was an absolute highlight of my trip. The lobby is sleek and modern—immediately sets a welcoming tone. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great local tips without being pushy. The room is compact but thoughtfully designed—cozy and warm with excellent lighting and clean, minimalist decor. I loved how everything felt intentional and comfortable. Breakfast was a real treat: generous portions, fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented dishes. Plus, right outside the hotel, there are tons of authentic local eateries—perfect for exploring Tianjin’s food scene on foot. Overall, it’s a fantastic stay with outstanding value and service. My stay at Lizhi Hotel (Tianjin Olympic Sports Center Water Park) was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless and beautifully designed, with smart features that made everything so convenient. As soon as I walked in, Xiao Ai started playing my favorite songs—such a thoughtful touch. The TV even supports free screen mirroring, perfect for streaming movies or shows. What really stood out was the exceptional service. When I mentioned the room felt a bit chilly upon arrival, the front desk staff, Xiao Liu, immediately upgraded us to a more comfortable and quieter elegant room without hesitation. Even when we forgot our breakfast voucher, she personally delivered it to our room—so attentive and friendly! The entire experience felt warm and personalized. I’ve already told my boyfriend we’re coming back for New Year’s Eve. This place is definitely on my list to recommend to friends.

The room is compact but surprisingly well-equipped—everything you need is there, and the smart assistant (Xiao Ai) makes life so easy. Just say a word to turn on lights, switch on the TV, or adjust the curtains—no more fumbling for switches. The location is unbeatable: right next to a shopping mall, with a quick 5-10 minute walk to Five Avenues, Xianfeng Street, and the famous Three Fish restaurants—perfect for food lovers. Even though it's in a commercial building, there’s a dedicated elevator that requires a keycard to access your floor, which gives peace of mind regarding privacy and security. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, and staff were attentive and friendly—any request was handled promptly. We drove ourselves, and the hotel offers free parking on-site, which is a huge plus. Overall, this stay was flawless—great value, excellent service, and a convenient base for exploring Tianjin. Definitely coming back!

今次出遊都係先揀亞朵，因為一直信得過佢哋嘅質素。呢間天津之眼永樂碼頭亞朵酒店真係好靚，房間乾淨又寬敞，最啱住就係正對摩天輪，隔著一條街就見到，景觀一流！樓下仲有小食街，食飯、買小吃都好方便，唔使走遠。房型選擇多，我哋一家三口住咗三床房（一張雙人床加一張單人床），空間夠用，小朋友都玩得開心。酒店服務態度超好，特別要多謝志凱，細心又熱情，有任何問題都即刻幫手解決，令旅程順利好多。而且酒店自設地下停車場，摩天輪附近實在難覓泊車位，有停車場真係大救星，由電梯直上酒店，完全無需走路上落，對自駕朋友嚟講非常貼心。整體性價比高，絕對推薦！」},{

The hotel’s location is excellent—it’s just a short walk from the subway station, making it super convenient to get around. It only takes about 10–15 minutes by taxi to reach Tianjin West Railway Station or Tianjin Station, ideal for both business travelers and tourists. We stayed in a family room with the whole family, and as soon as we walked in, we were instantly captivated by the view outside the window—wide open and absolutely beautiful. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. Everything we needed was there: a fully functional kitchen with a microwave, fridge, washing machine, and induction cooker; a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer. Even the little things like a built-in drying rack made a big difference. The front desk staff went above and beyond—friendly, patient, and always ready to help. Safety is clearly a priority too: keycard access elevators and a dedicated, organized package drop zone downstairs for deliveries. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—everything we needed was within walking distance: restaurants, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, and even a mobile service center. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, this place makes life so much easier. We’ll definitely be back next time we visit Tianjin—it’s one of those rare stays that truly feels like home.

We booked a family room and were really impressed by the spacious layout—perfect for three of us with plenty of room to move around. The hotel's location is fantastic: right in the heart of the city, just steps away from shopping streets and countless dining options. Even though there was ongoing construction across the street, the soundproofing was excellent—no noise at all during the night, which made for a peaceful sleep. When we noticed an issue with the hot water in the shower, the front desk responded immediately and resolved it quickly. Their hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations—great value, excellent service, and a comfortable, convenient base for exploring Tianjin. Definitely recommend!

Staying at the Atour Hotel Haiguang Temple Tianjin University was an absolutely fantastic experience. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the subway station, making getting around town a breeze. When we checked in, the front desk staff proactively upgraded our rooms without us even asking—what a pleasant surprise! It was also during the Mid-Autumn Festival, so they kindly provided fresh fruit as a welcome gift. The room itself was brand new, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Laundry facilities were easy to use, which was a big plus for a longer stay. Breakfast was outstanding—huge variety with plenty of authentic local dishes from Tianjin, including some I’d never tried before. The dining staff were attentive and friendly throughout. Special shoutout to Yu Li and He Mingyang at the front desk—their warmth and professionalism made all the difference. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I’ll definitely be returning next time I visit Tianjin. This hotel truly delivers value, comfort, and genuine hospitality.

I booked ZMAX HOTELS specifically to attend a concert by Richie Ren, and the experience exceeded all my expectations. The hotel’s location is perfect: just a short 3-minute walk from the Water Park East Station exit on Line 6 of the subway, and only a few more minutes on foot to the concert venue. It couldn’t have been more convenient, especially with such a packed schedule. I absolutely love Tianjin—the food, the culture, the vibe—it’s one of my favorite cities in China. This trip was unforgettable, and I’m already planning to return for a longer stay to explore more. If you’re visiting Tianjin for a show or just to enjoy the city, this hotel is an excellent choice.
