InterContinental Shenzhen

Staying at InterContinental Shenzhen was an absolute delight from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional—every interaction felt personal and genuine, making check-in and daily service a breeze. Breakfast and dinner buffets were outstanding: fresh ingredients, diverse options, and delicious flavors, especially the seafood and desserts. The hotel itself is immaculately maintained—rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with modern amenities and a soothing ambiance. Location-wise, it's incredibly convenient; just a 5-minute walk from Huachengcheng Metro Station, which makes exploring the area effortless. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this property delivers on every level. As always, InterContinental lives up to its reputation as a trusted, high-quality brand. I’ll definitely be back.

The Westin Shenzhen Nanshan

Staying at The Westin Shenzhen Nanshan was an absolutely outstanding experience. The location is unbeatable—just across the street from Window of the World, and directly connected to a large shopping mall, so you can stroll through stores without stepping outside. Right downstairs is a metro station, making travel around the city super convenient. The service truly stood out—especially Ella Pang and Gina Gun at the Executive Lounge. When I needed to print a document, they went above and beyond with warmth and efficiency. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made all the difference. This hotel offers incredible value and comfort—definitely a place I’d return to.

Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai

This stay was absolutely wonderful — one of the best trips I've had in a long time! The entire experience exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to Molly Hani at reception — her attention to detail and genuine hospitality made all the difference. She went above and beyond to arrange our room, making everything seamless and comfortable. The hotel’s location is unbeatable: right next to K11 Ocean World, where you can enjoy shopping, art installations, and stunning waterfront views. It’s perfect for a relaxing stroll or catching that golden hour shot — seriously Instagram-worthy. The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly cozy, with a great bed that ensured a restful night. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every detail felt thoughtfully curated. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Shenzhen.

Raffles Shenzhen

Staying at Raffles Shenzhen was an absolute highlight of my trip to Shenzhen. The room was spacious with a stunning 270-degree floor-to-ceiling window offering breathtaking views of the Shenzhen Bay skyline—perfect for watching the sunset or enjoying the city lights at night. It’s also incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and exploring nearby attractions. The breakfast buffet was exceptional—wide variety and delicious quality. I especially loved the truffle-infused poached egg; it was rich, creamy, and unforgettable. There were plenty of other egg preparations too, all well-executed. On top of that, the service from Sylvia stood out—she was attentive, friendly, and responded to every request promptly. From the view to the food to the staff, everything felt premium and thoughtfully curated. If you're visiting Shenzhen Bay, this hotel is absolutely worth considering—it truly delivers on both scenery and hospitality.

Andaz Shenzhen Bay

Staying at Andaz Shenzhen Bay was an absolute delight from start to finish. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between understated elegance and modern luxury. Florence, one of the staff members, went above and beyond with her thoughtful and attentive service—she anticipated needs before they were even voiced. The minibar in the room was well-stocked with a great variety of soft drinks, and the afternoon happy hour offered delicious bites with beautifully presented plating that added to the overall vibe. After returning from dinner, I was pleasantly surprised by a complimentary bedtime drink thoughtfully left by Florence—such a small gesture, but it truly made the stay special. Her kindness and professionalism stood out throughout my visit. This is not just a place to stay; it’s an experience worth repeating.
