The spa staff truly made our four-day getaway unforgettable. This hotel exceeded all expectations and easily ranks as the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. While we didn’t get to use the shared indoor and outdoor areas much due to being out most of the time and the weather not being ideal, it’s great to know they’re available if needed. The food was solid, nothing too special but satisfying (7/10). Rooms were comfortable and well-designed (8/10), and amenities were functional though not overly impressive (7/10). Overall, the experience was excellent for the price point—great value, great vibe, and definitely worth returning to.

I noticed security personnel on the street nearby when I arrived, which added an extra layer of comfort. I left early and missed breakfast, which is only served at 7:00 AM, but that didn’t take away from how satisfied I was with my entire experience. This place truly exceeded expectations—highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, safe, and friendly stay in Johannesburg.
