The room was infested with ants and large cockroaches, and I could clearly hear scratching sounds from the ceiling—likely rats—throughout the night, which made it very hard to relax. The bathroom had a strong sewage-like odor even before use, and there was visible mold growing around the toilet area. Opening the cabinet revealed it was filthy and poorly maintained. The bed sheets had noticeable stains, and the mattress didn’t smell fresh at all. The air conditioner was incredibly noisy, and the remote control didn’t work properly—it couldn’t turn off the unit, leaving me stuck with constant noise. Dust also accumulated around the vents. Overall, cleanliness, maintenance, and guest comfort were severely lacking. I’m truly upset about this stay and wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone.
