The hotel is perfectly located just a 10-minute walk from the train station, passing through charming old Venice streets and crossing a few picturesque bridges—great for soaking in the atmosphere. Breakfast was outstanding: fresh, plentiful, and delicious. I also took advantage of the free tour to Murano to see authentic glassblowing—an unforgettable cultural experience. Check-out was smooth and hassle-free. This place truly delivers on comfort, service, and convenience. I’d definitely book here again without hesitation. A top-tier choice in Venice!

We were a group of six, and we booked the spacious three-bedroom unit—sleeping up to eight—with two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area that felt like home. The place was immaculately clean, thoughtfully furnished, and managed with professionalism and discretion by Ms. Cecilia, who made us feel welcome without ever being intrusive. Despite being off the main tourist trail, it’s incredibly well-connected: vaporetti to Burano, Murano, and Lido are just steps away, and you’re only a 15-minute walk (or shorter) to both Piazza San Marco and Ponte Rialto. Don’t miss dining at Alberto, just 10 meters from the property—authentic Venetian cuisine in a warm, local setting. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this is an ideal choice. It’s not just a great place to stay—it’s a true gem. I’d happily return in a heartbeat.

Everything about this accommodation was absolutely perfect. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, and well-maintained—so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave. The bed was huge and incredibly cozy, easily one of the most relaxing sleeps we’ve had in a while. We’ll definitely miss it! The bathroom was spotless and very functional, and the mini kitchen had everything we needed for a quick meal or snack. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—just a 5-minute walk from the train station, 2 minutes to the vaporetto stop, and only 15 minutes on foot to St. Mark’s Square. The neighborhood is lively without being overwhelming, surrounded by great restaurants and bars with excellent value for money. Breakfast is included and served at a charming trattoria just two minutes away, right on a terrace overlooking the canal. It’s not a buffet—everything is served at your table—but it’s more than enough: fresh croissants, bread, cold cuts, butter, jam, juice, coffee, and tea. What else could you ask for? The only minor downside is the steep and narrow staircase leading to the apartments—it can be tricky with luggage, but honestly, that’s typical for old Venetian buildings. Still, totally worth it for the experience.

Hotel at Leonard is perfectly located in Venice—right in the heart of the city but just far enough away from the busiest streets in Cannareggio to enjoy a peaceful stay. It's actually a satellite property of Hotel Bernardi, about 150 meters away, where breakfast can also be enjoyed—super friendly staff there! Our room was spotless, with a firm mattress that matched exactly what I like. The bathroom was spacious and had strong hot water pressure, plus an electric towel heater—such a nice touch. Even though it was quite chilly outside, the room heating worked wonders, making the space cozy and warm in no time. There’s even a mini-fridge in the room, and a working air conditioner (though we didn’t test it). We were on the first floor—very quiet, especially with windows closed, though the room felt a bit dim. But the little extras made all the difference: a kettle with tea and coffee provided, which we truly appreciated. Honestly, this was such a pleasant surprise.
