The Fiesta Bahia Hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways—great location, friendly staff, and a very comfortable stay overall. However, the breakfast was a letdown for a 5-star property. I was expecting more variety and basic items like warm sandwiches or cheese bread, but those were completely missing. It felt disappointing considering the hotel's high rating. Still, the room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the service was attentive throughout. With a few improvements to the breakfast offering, this place could easily be top-tier. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for value and comfort in Salvador.

This hotel doesn’t actually exist—there’s nothing but construction barriers blocking the entire property. I booked through the platform, only to find out it’s completely closed and abandoned. It’s really misleading that this listing is still active. I’d strongly recommend travelers and locals alike to leave feedback to warn others—don’t get caught like I did. The lack of updates and transparency is disappointing, especially when you’re relying on accurate info for your trip. This place should be taken down from the site.

We were just looking for a place to sleep, but this ended up being one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Right when we arrived, the pillow was covered in someone else's hair—there was no way to tell if it had been changed or not—and it looked pretty grimy. Later that night, we found a cockroach in the bathroom and asked for insecticide, but shockingly, the hotel didn’t even have any. The breakfast was awful—cakes and pastries swarming with flies, and the tapioca was inedible. The overall cleanliness was terrible, and the staff didn’t seem to care. I won’t be returning, and honestly, this stay felt more like a horror story than a vacation. Definitely not worth it.
