Furniture showed visible burn marks from cigarettes, and there were no proper cutlery—just two paper cups provided. The sink was clogged, and despite reporting it, it remained unfixed. We also received only one hanger per person, had to call again for more (and still only got three), and toilet paper was never replaced. Customer service was unresponsive and indifferent. Overall, the quality didn’t match the price, and I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort or value.

With its convenient location, excellent amenities, and comfortable accommodations, I’ll definitely choose Mirada Purple again on my next visit to Jeddah.
