My mom and I stayed in two fantastic apartments (Moderno VIP and Asiatico) at this beautiful property, perfectly located in the heart of the city. The location is ideal—walking distance to everything we wanted to see. We highly recommend it! Carlos, the manager, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always available. He speaks excellent English, which made communication easy and comfortable. He also recommended their other apartments in Triana, which sounded just as promising. We’ll definitely consider staying there next time. A truly memorable experience!

The only minor drawback is that one of the rooms is quite small, with two beds but no bedside tables. Despite that, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Seville’s downtown area. The location is unbeatable, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The apartment was absolutely beautiful—ours was the NOA V unit with two bedrooms, located at the back, which made it wonderfully quiet and perfect for a restful night's sleep. The beds were exceptional—something we’re quite particular about—and the comfort level was outstanding. Common areas such as hallways, elevators, and stairwells were impeccably clean. The check-in experience was excellent, with clear and helpful explanations from the staff. One minor note: the pool is quite small—only about 2m by 4m with a depth of just 1m—so it’s more for cooling off than swimming. While the price is on the higher side, the overall quality justifies it. Honestly, it’s worth every penny for the comfort, cleanliness, and peaceful location.
