Thanks to WeChat, we easily sorted out travel plans and recommendations during our stay—truly personalized service. The room itself was immaculately clean, with plush bedding and pillows that made for one of the best nights’ sleep I’ve had in a long time. Soundproofing was excellent—no noise disturbances at all during the night. The bathroom featured a smart dry-wet separation design, and the heating system kept the room cozy and warm throughout.
