Lovely 2 Beds Apt with City View at South Brisbane
This experience was extremely disappointing. The listing appeared to be associated with a legitimate hotel based on the address shown, but it turned out to be completely unrelated. When we arrived, check-in wasn’t possible because the contact number provided was disconnected. We even called the phone number linked to the listed address, only to find no reservation under our name. In a rush, my family and I had to book another place last minute—losing both time and money. The platform continued to demand a $300 deposit despite already taking our payment. There’s no accountability from the provider, and support has been unhelpful. I’ve reported the fraudulent transaction to my bank (Commonwealth Bank of Australia), but they keep asking for more documents, even though we’ve already submitted everything. This situation left us frustrated and misled. I won’t use this service again and strongly advise others to avoid it.

There’s no water dispenser in the common area, so you’ll need to bring your own bottle or purchase bottled water. However, this isn’t a big issue thanks to the incredible convenience of nearby amenities: McDonald’s, KFC, and a 24-hour supermarket are all within a 3-minute walk—perfect for late-night snacks or last-minute essentials. Overall, for the price, getting a private AC unit and a fully functional kitchen is an unbeatable value.
