House of Time - Fancy Suite Vienna
The location couldn’t be better—just a 15-minute walk from the heart of Vienna, with a local market right outside the hotel offering delicious food and drinks. We stayed in the Playground Suite, which, despite being the smallest option, still felt spacious enough for two people. The bed was enormous, and so was the sofa—perfect for relaxing after a long day. There was a small free mini-bar stocked with Coca-Cola, beer, tonic water, and wine, which was refilled daily along with plenty of bottled water. But the highlight by far was breakfast: each morning, you pick your favorites—croissants, cold cuts, cheeses, fresh fruit, bacon, eggs, and more—and everything is delivered straight to your room. It’s served beautifully, with expertly prepared dishes that make dining in feel like a treat. The only downside? The TV is a bit outdated, and getting Apple TV to work was a bit of a hassle. But honestly, those are tiny flaws in an otherwise flawless stay. Everything else—from the service to the comfort—was top-notch. Highly recommend this gem!

The hotel is perfectly located—just a 5-minute walk to the nearest subway station, making it easy to explore Vienna. There's a Billa supermarket nearby for quick grocery runs, and there are plenty of great restaurants just steps away. Everything about this stay was fantastic—from the comfort of the room to the friendly service. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of convenience, quality, and value. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and will be back.

While there wasn’t a staff member present on-site at all times, they were always reachable by phone and promptly arrived when we requested extra amenities. Their responsiveness and willingness to help made a big difference. Overall, this apartment offered great value, comfort, and convenience in a prime area of Vienna—definitely a place I’d recommend and consider returning to.

The hotel is very nice overall, with a great location just a short walk from the city center and convenient access to public transit. However, there is some noise from traffic, especially noticeable at night. I’d recommend closing the windows or using earplugs if you’re sensitive to outside sounds. Despite that, the room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the value for money was excellent. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Vienna.
Heart of Vienna Residence
I strongly advise against booking this apartment—it’s a complete nightmare. We arrived at 6 PM, expecting check-in to be available from 4 PM, so everything should have been ready. Upon arrival, we entered the code to access the key box—but it was completely empty. We called for assistance and were told someone would call back, but no one ever did. After waiting over an hour in freezing cold weather, a cleaning staff member finally showed up—she didn’t speak English and refused to hand over the keys. Worse, she started repeatedly ringing the doorbell of our unit as if someone was inside, then even went on to ring two other nearby apartments. We heard loud noises—like a door slamming—but no one answered. There was no explanation, no apology, no solution offered. Only after persistent complaints did they reluctantly suggest moving us to another apartment, but we were never told where or how far it was. Later, through Google Translate, we overheard her speaking Ukrainian (or possibly to a supervisor) and learned the truth: the keys had actually been thrown into the trash by mistake, and someone had to dig through garbage to retrieve them. In disbelief and concerned about our disabled family member and elderly companions, we decided to cut our losses and book a nearby guesthouse instead—thankfully, we found rooms at a reasonable last-minute rate. Waiting outside in the cold for two hours with no real support, no timely response, and absolutely no accountability—it felt like being abandoned on the street. This experience is unacceptable, especially with vulnerable travelers involved.
