It’s newly opened, so breakfast isn’t available yet, but there are plenty of cozy cafés nearby—no need to worry about morning meals. The entrance is unique: you enter on the second floor, like stepping into a private apartment, which gives it an intimate, upscale feel. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming—after a long, chilly day exploring the city, they even offered us a free hot cup of tea, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our junior suite was in a corner, spacious and well-designed, with a separate shower and toilet—great for privacy. The vintage-style decor was preserved beautifully, and everything was spotless. We appreciated the heat pump AC system, used only for heating, which worked efficiently in the cool Austrian weather. The bed was comfortable, and we had a nice variety of pillows to choose from. For €88, this is outstanding value, especially given the unbeatable location. I’m confident that once the full renovation is complete and breakfast service launches, this place will be truly exceptional.

The room was clean, spacious, and featured modern amenities—especially the bathroom with a clear separation between wet and dry areas, which made everything more convenient. The only minor downside was the lack of an electric kettle in the room, which made it a bit inconvenient to have hot water, especially since I'm used to drinking boiled water back home. That said, the hotel offers free tea on the first floor, and having a few cups there easily made up for the missing kettle—definitely worth it when you consider how much tea costs outside (around €5 per cup). The location is excellent too—just a short subway ride into the city center. All in all, this is a comfortable, well-located option with great value, and I’d definitely stay here again.

Right around the corner is Ma Dai, a cozy restaurant and bar that feels like a hidden gem. Everyone we met was warm and welcoming. Plus, getting into the city center is quick and easy—whether by foot or public transit. This hotel offers such a special blend of comfort, convenience, and authentic Viennese charm. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a genuine local experience without sacrificing comfort or quality.

The apartment itself is pleasant and feels cool when it's hot outside—really refreshing after a long day exploring the city. The space is generally well-equipped, but cleanliness needs serious improvement. I found hair stuck to bathroom walls and an empty chocolate wrapper inside a bedside drawer—definitely not acceptable for a clean stay. Towels in the bathroom were scarce, and there was no laundry detergent available, so I couldn’t wash anything even if I wanted to. Kitchen essentials were missing too—no cleaning cloths, no mop or broom, not even a bucket or vacuum cleaner. What if something spills, like coffee or milk on the counter? How would you clean that up without basic tools? The sofa bed creaks loudly when used, which might disturb light sleepers. The main bathroom has no toilet—just a sink that doesn’t drain properly. It’s confusing and inconvenient to have only one half-functional bathroom instead of a full one. Overall, the location is good and the apartment is comfortable, but these small but critical oversights really affect the experience. A little more attention to hygiene and practicality would go a long way.
