One of the biggest pluses is the option to book without requiring a deposit, which makes planning much more flexible. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the U1 subway line, with Billa and Spar supermarkets nearby. It’s only 10–15 minutes on foot to the main train station, where Billa stays open 24/7, which is super convenient. There are plenty of cafes and pizzerias around, so dining out is never an issue. The only downside? The pillow is quite firm and made of synthetic material—it’s lopsided and not very comfortable for side sleepers. But overall, this place exceeded our expectations. Great value, superb location, and a really pleasant stay. Highly recommend for travelers who want comfort, convenience, and a home-like feel.

One tiny suggestion: there’s no water provided in the room, even though the bathroom tap is labeled safe to drink. I booked this property through a platform in early October 2024 for three stays in December 2024 and January 2025. The full amount was paid at the time of reservation. Two days ago, I received a cancellation notice stating that the payment had not been received. However, I can confirm that the payment was successfully processed and completed. To date, I have not received any refund or clarification regarding the situation. This is extremely frustrating, especially when the issue stems from a miscommunication or technical error on the property’s end. It’s disheartening to be left in limbo without proper support or transparency. I hope the platform steps in to resolve this matter urgently—otherwise, trust in such bookings will continue to erode.

We stayed at Street Living Hotel - Apartments in Vienna for five wonderful days, and it was an excellent experience overall. We were in apartment #1, located in a quiet neighborhood with perfect access to public transport—just a 2-minute walk to the U2 subway line and only 3 minutes on foot to the tram stop #2. The apartment was spacious, well-designed, and lived up to our expectations. It featured a private ground-floor terrace with a low table and two chairs—perfect for morning coffee or relaxing evenings. The kitchen was fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, espresso machine, kettle, cooking utensils, and even cleaning supplies. The layout separates the kitchen from the living and sleeping areas, ensuring privacy and convenience. The bathroom was generous in size, with a large shower, toilet, ample storage, a washing machine, full-length mirror, hairdryer, towel dryer, and even a foldable clothes drying rack. Basic toiletries like body wash, soap, and moisturizer were provided, along with fresh towels. The bed was big and incredibly comfortable, making for restful sleep. The building is very quiet, and there’s an elevator available. All ground-floor units belong to the Street Living Hotel, creating a cozy, residential feel. The managing hotel, Hôtel Vienna, is just a 5- to 7-minute walk away, with 24/7 front desk service. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful—the receptionist we met spoke French, while others were fluent in English and equally welcoming. Across the street is a Lidl supermarket, ideal for quick grocery runs. Plus, the main train station (including the airport express line) is only an 8-minute walk away. The only minor drawback: no microwave in the kitchen, which would’ve been handy for warming milk or reheating leftovers. Also, the trash room isn’t clearly marked—it’s located behind the bike storage area, so guests need to know this in advance. Overall, this stay was fantastic. With great location, modern amenities, and a home-like atmosphere, I’d definitely recommend this property and plan to return.
