The overall experience at this hotel was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and comfortably furnished with all the essentials I needed. The bed had just the right firmness—perfect for a restful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, including both local and international choices, and while not gourmet, it was satisfying and filling. What really stood out was the location—walking distance to major attractions and very well-connected by public transit, which made exploring Vienna effortless. For the price, this place offers fantastic value. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Vienna.

Staying at Novotel Wien City was an absolute highlight of my trip to Vienna. Located right in the heart of the city, it’s incredibly convenient for exploring all major attractions—just a short walk or quick subway ride away. The room was spotlessly clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully furnished with modern amenities that made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. What really stood out was the price: I found it significantly more affordable through the platform compared to other booking sites, which made the experience even better. For its location, cleanliness, comfort, and value, this is hands down one of the best hotel choices in Vienna. I’d definitely book here again without hesitation.

Staying at Radisson Red Vienna was an absolute highlight of my trip to Vienna! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the city center, making it super easy to explore everything on foot. The hotel itself feels brand new with a sleek, modern design that gives it a vibrant and stylish vibe. I especially loved the breakfast buffet—huge variety, fresh ingredients, and daily treats like free apples available in the lobby (a small but thoughtful touch!). My room had a stunning view of the Danube River, and the soundproofing was excellent—no noise from the street or neighboring rooms, so I slept like a baby. Everything about this place felt premium yet affordable. If you're visiting Vienna, this is definitely one of the top picks for comfort, convenience, and style.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I've stayed in accommodations all over the world, and this one stands out as a rare gem. The location is fantastic—right in a historic neighborhood with charm and character, yet still just a short walk from everything worth exploring in Vienna. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, with incredibly comfortable beds that made for a restful night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the well-stocked mini bar with a great variety of drinks. The front desk staff, Daniel, was incredibly helpful and warm—always ready to assist with anything I needed. Even my Yorkie felt welcome; the team was kind and accommodating to him, which meant a lot. Dining at the on-site restaurant was a pleasure—the service was attentive, and the food was delicious. Overall, it’s not just a place to stay—it feels like coming home. If you’re looking for a memorable, authentic experience in Vienna, this is the place.

Staying at URBAN ISLAND - Riverside Apartments was an absolute highlight of my trip to Vienna. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the train station and perfectly positioned for exploring the city. I loved the spacious, modern apartment with its large windows offering stunning views of the river. It felt like a home away from home, especially with a fully equipped kitchen that made meal prep easy and enjoyable. The neighborhood is lively yet peaceful, with great cafes and restaurants nearby. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. I’ve stayed in many hotels across Europe, but this one truly stands out. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Vienna—perfect for both short getaways and longer stays.

The entire apartment features separate rooms, and all essential appliances are provided—including a washing machine right inside the unit. Everything matches exactly what was advertised online. One of the biggest pluses is the option to book without requiring a deposit, which makes planning much more flexible. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the U1 subway line, with Billa and Spar supermarkets nearby. It’s only 10–15 minutes on foot to the main train station, where Billa stays open 24/7, which is super convenient. There are plenty of cafes and pizzerias around, so dining out is never an issue. The only downside? The pillow is quite firm and made of synthetic material—it’s lopsided and not very comfortable for side sleepers. But overall, this place exceeded our expectations. Great value, superb location, and a really pleasant stay. Highly recommend for travelers who want comfort, convenience, and a home-like feel.

The location of Pension a Und a is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Vienna, nestled within a historic building with a stunning glass elevator that adds a modern touch to the old-world charm. My room (number 4) was much larger than I expected based on reviews, and it had two huge windows facing the main street where horse-drawn carriages still pass by—such a unique and magical detail every morning. The space was very practical too: plenty of outlets, good bedside storage, and everything well thought out. The only small downside? A bit more thorough cleaning would have been appreciated, but overall cleanliness was decent. Breakfast was simple but well-balanced—great mix of sweet and savory options. I actually loved having breakfast in my room, enjoying it quietly by myself—perfect for starting the day relaxed. One tiny suggestion: there’s no water provided in the room, even though the bathroom tap is labeled safe to drink. Just a single bottle at breakfast, or even sharing one among guests, would’ve been a nice gesture. But the owners were incredibly kind and responsive—every email was answered quickly, and they gave us clear, helpful instructions for getting from the airport. This place feels like a hidden gem with real character and warmth. Highly recommended for a memorable stay.

I booked this property through a platform in early October 2024 for three stays in December 2024 and January 2025. The full amount was paid at the time of reservation. Two days ago, I received a cancellation notice stating that the payment had not been received. However, I can confirm that the payment was successfully processed and completed. To date, I have not received any refund or clarification regarding the situation. This is extremely frustrating, especially when the issue stems from a miscommunication or technical error on the property’s end. It’s disheartening to be left in limbo without proper support or transparency. I hope the platform steps in to resolve this matter urgently—otherwise, trust in such bookings will continue to erode.

Summer in Vienna truly shines compared to winter—definitely a better time to visit! The hotel was excellent, offering a comfortable and clean stay with great value. Located just steps from the city center, it’s super convenient for exploring on foot or by public transit. The room was cozy and well-maintained, with a comfy bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, this is a fantastic choice, especially if you're visiting during the warmer months. Highly recommend for travelers who want comfort, convenience, and a pleasant atmosphere.

Staying at myNext - Hotel Leo was an absolute delight. The room was spacious and incredibly well-designed, especially with the fully equipped kitchen—perfect for those who want to cook their own meals instead of dining out every night. It’s a brilliant concept that adds so much convenience and comfort. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. From check-in to checkout, everything ran smoothly. Located just minutes from the city center, it's easy to explore Vienna without having to sacrifice comfort or value. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more—it truly exceeded all expectations. A fantastic choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Staying at Pension Lerner was an absolute delight—its central location in Vienna makes it incredibly easy to reach from the train station via public transit. This is a charming guesthouse, not a hotel, so expect no frills, but everything you need is thoughtfully provided. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. What truly stood out was the breakfast—rich, delicious, and beautifully presented, almost like a gourmet experience. It felt personal, warm, and full of care. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, authentic stay in Vienna with a great value-for-money vibe.

We stayed at Street Living Hotel - Apartments in Vienna for five wonderful days, and it was an excellent experience overall. We were in apartment #1, located in a quiet neighborhood with perfect access to public transport—just a 2-minute walk to the U2 subway line and only 3 minutes on foot to the tram stop #2. The apartment was spacious, well-designed, and lived up to our expectations. It featured a private ground-floor terrace with a low table and two chairs—perfect for morning coffee or relaxing evenings. The kitchen was fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, espresso machine, kettle, cooking utensils, and even cleaning supplies. The layout separates the kitchen from the living and sleeping areas, ensuring privacy and convenience. The bathroom was generous in size, with a large shower, toilet, ample storage, a washing machine, full-length mirror, hairdryer, towel dryer, and even a foldable clothes drying rack. Basic toiletries like body wash, soap, and moisturizer were provided, along with fresh towels. The bed was big and incredibly comfortable, making for restful sleep. The building is very quiet, and there’s an elevator available. All ground-floor units belong to the Street Living Hotel, creating a cozy, residential feel. The managing hotel, Hôtel Vienna, is just a 5- to 7-minute walk away, with 24/7 front desk service. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful—the receptionist we met spoke French, while others were fluent in English and equally welcoming. Across the street is a Lidl supermarket, ideal for quick grocery runs. Plus, the main train station (including the airport express line) is only an 8-minute walk away. The only minor drawback: no microwave in the kitchen, which would’ve been handy for warming milk or reheating leftovers. Also, the trash room isn’t clearly marked—it’s located behind the bike storage area, so guests need to know this in advance. Overall, this stay was fantastic. With great location, modern amenities, and a home-like atmosphere, I’d definitely recommend this property and plan to return.
