Staying at Luxury Inn Arion Hotel was an absolute delight! The room was incredibly spacious, and the idea of having four beds was a game-changer—perfect for families or groups traveling together. I loved how well thought-out the layout was, making the space feel open and comfortable without any clutter. Located just steps away from the metro station, getting around Jakarta was super easy. There are plenty of great restaurants and local spots nearby, so we never ran out of options for dining. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the entire property felt clean and well-maintained. This hotel truly offers comfort and convenience in one package—I’d definitely book again.

I was really happy with my stay at 98 QUBE Hotel by 98hospitality! The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from so many great spots, whether you're heading to the city center, shopping malls, or local restaurants. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. One of the best perks? Netflix access right in the room—perfect for unwinding after a long day. Clean, well-maintained, and very welcoming staff. It's a fantastic choice if you're looking for comfort and value in Jakarta. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting.

The stay was extremely disappointing. The room had visible cockroaches, and the air conditioning was excessively hot and didn’t function properly—couldn’t maintain a comfortable temperature at all. Customer service was terrible: I waited over an hour and a half just to be met upon arrival, and no one ever responded to my WhatsApp messages during that time. Communication was completely lacking, which made the whole experience frustrating and stressful. This place falls far short of expectations. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend it to anyone.

The location is decent and the security team is reliable, but overall, the experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, we found the room extremely dirty—there were cigarette butts on the floor, the bed frame was already broken before check-in, and there was no mirror at all. The walls looked stained, and the towels weren’t even white anymore—definitely not worth the price. No Wi-Fi in the room, and to make things worse, there was no hairdryer either. That’s unacceptable for a hotel charging this rate. What’s even more frustrating is that they didn’t mention anything about the 100,000 IDR late check-in fee or the same charge for late checkout. Not even a word about the deposit policy. To top it off, early morning noise was unbearable—people were throwing trash right outside the building, making it impossible to sleep peacefully. The only positives were the pool and security service. But honestly, with so many issues, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Poor value for money.

The hotel looks a bit dated from the outside but is well-maintained and clean throughout. Breakfast was delivered to my room at 8 AM—very convenient and thoughtful. I appreciated having private underground parking with a dedicated spot right below my room, which made everything hassle-free. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable all day. The room had a cozy sofa and the bathroom was spotless and well-organized. Most impressive was the staff—extremely friendly, always willing to help, and genuinely warm in their service. It felt like being welcomed into a home rather than just staying at a hotel. A truly pleasant experience with excellent value for money. Definitely planning to return.

My stay at Sunlake Waterfront Resort & Convention Jakarta was absolutely fantastic—15 days from November 19 to December 2, 2025. The location is perfect: everything I needed was within easy reach, and traffic wasn’t a problem at all. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and professional—always smiling, quick to assist, and made me feel welcome from day one. The room was brand new, spotless, and well-appointed with modern comforts. I especially loved the breakfast buffet—different options every day, fresh, tasty, and varied enough to keep things exciting. The overall service level is top-notch, and the value for money is excellent. If I ever come back to Jakarta, this will be my first choice. Highly recommend it!
