The hotel’s location is fantastic; it’s within easy reach of major attractions and public transport, making exploration hassle-free. Sasha even gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and helped arrange a tour, which was such a thoughtful touch. From start to finish, the hospitality exceeded expectations. Staying at Conrad Urumqi was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to popular spots like Bazaar and Tian'er Street, and even the Regional Museum is within easy reach. The hotel is directly connected to a large shopping complex, so dining, shopping, and entertainment are all right on-site. I especially want to highlight Grace—the level of service she provided was exceptional. She was patient, attentive, and thoughtful in every interaction. From reminding us about mini-bar charges to guiding us through Wi-Fi setup, she covered every detail with care. The room itself was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Everything about this stay felt polished and personalized. I’d definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Urumqi.

Hot water came on instantly, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong throughout the entire stay—perfect for streaming or working remotely. The front desk staff, especially Xiao Ma, were incredibly friendly and responsive; he even offered a complimentary breakfast, which was a lovely touch. Located just steps away from dining options and public transit, getting around the city was effortless. I especially loved sitting by the window in the evening, enjoying the vibrant city lights of Dehui Plaza across the street—truly a beautiful view. With its great value, cleanliness, and warm hospitality, this hotel is definitely a top pick for anyone visiting Urumqi. I’ll be back without hesitation!
