Check-in was smooth and efficient, with staff who were attentive and genuinely warm. My birthday celebration setup was thoughtful and beautifully done—perfect ambiance, and the cake was absolutely delicious, just the right sweetness. The lounge’s afternoon tea and dinner were exceptional: fresh ingredients, elegant presentation, and the evening drinks were unlimited, which was a real treat. Breakfast was a bit crowded, but the menu was varied and the food tasted great—though I missed trying the dan dan noodles this time (will definitely go back for that!). When checking out, I requested a late checkout, and although they could only accommodate a short extension due to high occupancy, they made every effort to help. Service quality was outstanding throughout: warm welcome at check-in, dedicated staff operating elevators on every floor, and even personnel on duty at the lobby after midnight.
