This was our first stay at Huatian Choice Hotel, and we couldn’t have been happier. Coming from Guangzhou, the location made travel so convenient—just stepped out the front door and were on a newly opened road leading straight to the airport. Free parking is a huge plus, especially with luggage. The staff member, Auntie Hua, went above and beyond—when I mentioned being hungry, she kindly brought over a delicious homemade zongzi from Huatian’s local specialty menu. It was surprisingly tasty and gave us a real taste of Hunan culture. The room offered stunning views of the river and city lights at night—truly breathtaking. Clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, this hotel truly stands out. Service was warm, genuine, and attentive. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Changsha.

While there are some buildings blocking the full panorama, the overall scenery still feels open and pleasant, especially during daylight hours. The breakfast buffet was generous and well-stocked—everything you could want was available, and it felt truly free-flowing and satisfying. Located just steps from Liugouyu Metro Station, getting around downtown Changsha is super convenient. I’d definitely recommend this place to friends and will be back myself soon. A top-tier experience from start to finish.

Right outside the door is the Liugouyu Metro Station, making it super convenient to get around town: just a short ride to Wuyi Square, Puzi Street, and Du Fu River Pavilion. I even got to try the famous Changsha Tea Yan, which lived up to the hype. The staff were incredibly professional and welcoming—especially when they noticed we were traveling as a family. They proactively offered to switch us into a twin-bed room that better suited our needs. We also received thoughtful little gifts upon arrival. The sleep quality was excellent—quiet and comfortable throughout the night. My only minor suggestion would be if the floor level could be slightly higher for even better views, but overall, this place is a real gem in Changsha.
