The hotel is brand new and the facilities are top-notch—everything you could want is available, from modern amenities to thoughtful touches throughout. The room was spotless and meticulously cleaned every day; the housekeeping staff were attentive and proactive. What really stood out was the location—right on the banks of the Xiang River. I could enjoy the stunning nighttime light show across both sides of the river from my window—absolutely breathtaking. The service was exceptional too, especially the front desk staff member, Xiao Cao. I accidentally left an item behind, and she reached out immediately to arrange shipping it back to me. That kind of care goes a long way. This place exceeded all expectations—great value, fantastic atmosphere, and unforgettable views. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Changsha.

The room was spacious and well-designed with two beds, plus a small console in between that made it easy to watch videos or play music—perfect for relaxing after a long day. Right outside the door is the Liugouyu Metro Station, making it super convenient to get around town: just a short ride to Wuyi Square, Puzi Street, and Du Fu River Pavilion. I even got to try the famous Changsha Tea Yan, which lived up to the hype. The staff were incredibly professional and welcoming—especially when they noticed we were traveling as a family. They proactively offered to switch us into a twin-bed room that better suited our needs. We also received thoughtful little gifts upon arrival. The sleep quality was excellent—quiet and comfortable throughout the night. My only minor suggestion would be if the floor level could be slightly higher for even better views, but overall, this place is a real gem in Changsha.
