I could enjoy the stunning nighttime light show across both sides of the river from my window—absolutely breathtaking. The service was exceptional too, especially the front desk staff member, Xiao Cao. I accidentally left an item behind, and she reached out immediately to arrange shipping it back to me. That kind of care goes a long way. This place exceeded all expectations—great value, fantastic atmosphere, and unforgettable views. Everything from the furnishings to the bathroom was spotless and well-kept. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We received a complimentary coffee from Kuddi (went with the Golden Award Americano), which was delicious and just the right boost after a long day. We also got a discount voucher for Huaxia Liangzi in West Changsha City Hall, though we didn’t get to use it this time. Overall, the experience was excellent—great location, cleanliness, service, and added perks make this a strong recommendation. I’d definitely stay here again.

They proactively offered to switch us into a twin-bed room that better suited our needs. We also received thoughtful little gifts upon arrival. The sleep quality was excellent—quiet and comfortable throughout the night. My only minor suggestion would be if the floor level could be slightly higher for even better views, but overall, this place is a real gem in Changsha.
