I didn’t need to take a taxi or worry about parking—just walk straight into the subway and explore the city with ease. Special shoutout to front desk staff Xiao Shen—so friendly, helpful, and attentive. She even upgraded our room without hesitation, which made the experience even better. A small suggestion: the TV screen could be slightly larger to match the spacious living area. Also, replacing the bathroom and shower door with frosted glass would improve privacy, especially when someone’s using the sink. And if possible, converting the kitchenette into a compact powder room would make things much more practical for four guests sharing the space—especially useful when traveling with kids. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, comfort, and location. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting Nanjing.

Even though the hotel sits just one wall away from the lively vibe of Old Gate East, it remained surprisingly quiet at night and peaceful during the day—no noise pollution whatsoever. The scent upon entering was subtle but inviting, like fresh linen and woodsy notes blending together. One small but brilliant detail: even when I left the room without my key card, the central air conditioning kept running, maintaining a perfectly consistent temperature throughout. We spent New Year's Eve at the Hilton Nanjing Riverside with my entire family, booking two rooms for a three-night stay. The overall experience was fantastic! There were a few minor hiccups during our stay, but once we brought them up, the hotel staff responded quickly and resolved everything promptly—really impressive service. On New Year’s Day, our room was beautifully set with welcome fruits, and they were restocked throughout our stay along with refreshing drinks—so thoughtful. The rooms were spacious, with smart bathroom layout and top-quality bedding that made for an incredibly peaceful night’s sleep, completely quiet and cozy. We also tried the hotel’s spa, and the therapist’s technique was excellent—very relaxing and professional. During our time in Nanjing, we explored some local highlights and enjoyed authentic street food, all of which added to the joyful atmosphere. Everyone in the family had a wonderful time. The hotel truly lives up to the Hilton standard—excellent service, attention to detail, and outstanding value for money. If I ever come back to Nanjing, this will be my first choice without hesitation.

The executive room was spacious, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The executive lounge was a highlight—elegant atmosphere, great views, and the complimentary snacks were delicious and thoughtfully presented. Every detail felt cared for, and the level of personal attention made this stay truly memorable. This is exactly what luxury hospitality should be. 10/10 experience—highly recommend!
