The only minor downside? A few front desk staff weren’t as attentive when checking in, but everyone else—from housekeeping to concierge—was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The housekeeping team, in particular, were so cheerful and proactive, adding a bright energy to the whole visit. It was such a joyful two days, and I’d absolutely return without hesitation.
