The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout—special thanks to Cecilia at check-in and Peter at checkout for their exceptional service. We’ve made this hotel our go-to spot for annual New Year gatherings with friends, and it never disappoints. One small suggestion: the bathroom toilet on the executive floor isn’t smart, so no heated seat or bidet function—this could be improved, especially during colder months. Also, only two bottles of water provided in the room are a bit minimal; while you can request more or grab some from the lounge, having them delivered directly would be more convenient. Still, these minor points don’t take away from the overall excellent experience. This place truly delivers luxury, comfort, and hospitality—highly recommended!

The room design was surprisingly thoughtful: a spacious living room, a quiet bedroom, a shower, and even a big soaking tub—despite the central location, the layout felt open and well-organized. Two bathrooms and ample closet space made everything convenient. Dining options were affordable too, perfect for longer stays or family trips. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, with just the right thickness of duvet for the room temperature. The bathrobe was soft and warm—so cozy I almost wanted to take it home! Staff were exceptional; they reached out via WeChat in advance to check if we had any special needs, and check-in/check-out went smoothly and stress-free. One tiny suggestion: after cleaning, could they please switch the showerhead back to handheld mode?
