The hotel’s facilities are top-notch: the 850 sqm Le SPA wellness center features a heated indoor pool, steam rooms at 70°C and 90°C, infrared saunas, and a fully equipped 24-hour gym—perfect for relaxation or staying active. I especially appreciated the Unlock Art™ program, which lets guests with a room key access the State Art Gallery for free—no extra cost, just convenience. I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Stuttgart City Centre for a few nights and overall, it was a great experience. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well-maintained—bedding was cozy, and I slept really well. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and made check-in and check-out smooth. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved: Parking is a real issue. I left around 5 PM, but when I returned at 8 PM, there were no spots available. Checked back at 10 PM and again at midnight—still nothing. I ended up having to park in a hotel-recommended underground garage that’s a 15-minute walk away. When I came back the next morning at 8 AM to pick up my car, I was charged 25€ for parking. That’s quite steep. The bathroom has a modern design, but there’s no door or curtain for the shower area, so water easily splashes out during use, making the floor slippery. Also, there are no complimentary bottled waters in the room—guests have to boil water using the kettle or drink from the tap, which might not be ideal for everyone. While these are common challenges across Europe and don’t take away from the positive experience, addressing them would definitely enhance guest comfort and value for money.

We've stayed here twice now, both weekends, and each time we're even more impressed. This visit included a complimentary upgrade to a panoramic suite—completely unexpected and absolutely delightful. The stylish décor and spotless cleanliness blew us away again, and the larger suite felt even more luxurious than before. We arrived by train and bus—no hassle at all, super easy to reach. There are plenty of shops nearby; we grabbed groceries at REWE just down the street and stored them in the fridge back in our room. For dinner, we ordered Taiwanese food (a must-try!), and the delivery driver found the hotel effortlessly. We actually prefer not having any front-desk interaction—self-check-in was smooth, intuitive, and totally stress-free. It’s much better than traditional hotels where you’re always greeted by someone at reception. The only minor downside? The elevator broke on our last day, so we had to climb four flights. A bit frustrating, but honestly, it happens. We’ll overlook it. Overall, this is definitely our go-to choice for future stays in Stuttgart. Stylish, convenient, and wonderfully independent—highly recommend!

However, the downside is that many rooms are clearly worn down and feel stuffy, with poor air circulation. When the Indian managers are on-site, service drops noticeably, and prices seem to go up without warning. It’s disappointing when agreed-upon deals are broken on short notice—like when the rate suddenly doubled, forcing me to leave right away. Overall, if you’re just looking for a quick, temporary base and happen to get a good front-desk staff member, it can work. But if consistency, reliable pricing, and dependable service matter to you, you might want to look elsewhere.
