The overall vibe felt unique and luxurious without being over-the-top. We also dined at the hotel’s restaurant, Thirteen, and had what might be the best sushi we’ve ever tried—fresh, beautifully presented, and perfectly seasoned. The service was attentive yet unobtrusive, and the location is fantastic for exploring central London. If we ever return to the city, this will be our first choice without hesitation. A truly standout experience.

During Christmas time, the nearby Christmas market added such a festive atmosphere, making the stay even more memorable. Safety is also not a concern, and the area feels lively and welcoming. Overall, a great balance of comfort, convenience, and charm—definitely a place I’d return to.
