The apartment was an absolute gem for our stay in London. Even though the entrance was a bit tricky with a small staircase and slightly off the main road, the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by a beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean space. Everything we needed was there—from dressing gowns to well-stocked kitchen essentials. The staff truly stood out; they were incredibly responsive and efficient. When we arrived and found the toilet wasn’t flushing, we messaged them and maintenance showed up within 10 minutes. Another time, I accidentally locked myself out with my key still inside—no worries, a housekeeper was on site within 10 minutes to help. That kind of quick support made a big difference, especially during the afternoon when we were just getting settled. The secure lockbox outside was a lifesaver for storing luggage before check-in or after checkout. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment with four adults, and while it was snug, the sofa bed and camp bed setup worked perfectly. A spare duvet would’ve been nice, but it was warm enough that the blanket sufficed. There was also a missing bulb in one of the lamps, but since we were out exploring most of the day, it didn’t bother us at all. Honestly, if I’d mentioned it, I’m sure they’d have fixed it right away. Location-wise, it’s ideal—walking distance to Holborn and Shoreditch made exploring so easy. This place offers comfort, convenience, and excellent service—all at a great value. Highly recommended for travelers who want a homey yet stylish base in central London.
