During the day, nearby shops offer decent meals at great prices, and local alcoholic drinks are sold cheaply just steps away—though be warned: they pack a strong punch! One of the highlights? A small shop just around the corner where I bought 5.5-liter water bottles for only 10 RMB. Trust me, carrying heavy water bottles through the city isn’t part of your vacation plan—this little convenience saved us a lot of effort. The host was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful.
