My room, 504, was spacious and well-designed: a large double bed, panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the city and neighboring buildings, and a small balcony with a table and two chairs. Everything I needed was there—clean, quiet, and thoughtfully furnished. The bathroom stood out with its spacious shower with a large water jug, modern fixtures, and well-maintained furniture. The mini-fridge had bottled drinking water, and the AC worked perfectly. The hotel also offers extra services like massage and excursions, plus convenient transfers. A special thanks to Sabrina—the staff member who speaks fluent Russian. Her warm hospitality made a big difference. I couldn’t have chosen a better place. The streets are narrow, winding, and can be tricky to navigate, especially if you’re not familiar with them. While the hotel does have parking right out front, we arrived to find it completely full. Luckily, we’d already planned ahead and parked our car at a nearby AVM shopping center (the spot shown in the photo)—and best of all, it was free! But here’s the catch: the parking lot is a bit of a walk from the hotel—about 10+ minutes on foot through the old town’s cobblestone streets. If you’re hauling luggage, this can get tiring fast. So my advice? Park outside, then come in light and easy with just a backpack. Also, some guests mentioned the loft-style rooms and lower ceiling heights—yes, that’s real. We stayed in one of those rooms, and while it’s definitely a little snug, the height wasn’t unbearable. After all, these are old buildings in a historic district, so unique room layouts like this are part of the charm. We actually loved the quirky feel, but if you’re sensitive to tight spaces, you might want to think twice before booking. Overall, the room and the hotel’s atmosphere were excellent. The experience was genuinely enjoyable, and I’d absolutely recommend it.
