I absolutely loved my stay at SUBANAN Residence Hatyai! From the moment I walked in, the hotel had a fresh, inviting scent that set the tone for a wonderful experience. The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. High-speed Wi-Fi made working remotely effortless, and I appreciated the convenience of ordering food straight to my room through room service. Having an iron in the room was a small but thoughtful touch that made packing and dressing so much easier. There are vending machines around the property, including a Tao Bin machine where you can order drinks right from your room—such a cool feature! The location is fantastic—just steps away from convenience stores and not far from Central Plaza, making shopping and exploring super easy. The hotel also offers a morning wake-up call service and can assist with arranging public transportation, which was incredibly helpful during my trip. One of my favorite spots was the quiet library lounge—cozy, peaceful, and perfect for reading or just relaxing. Daily complimentary bottled water, snacks, and quality amenities added that extra layer of comfort. Overall, this place exceeded all my expectations. I’m already planning my return visit!

Stayed at Friendlytel Hotel and it was an absolute delight! The room was spacious, clean, and super comfortable with excellent cooling air conditioning. I especially loved having access to hot water—perfect for a relaxing evening soak. What stood out most was the international power outlets provided throughout the room—my Malaysian friends could plug in their chargers right away without needing adapters. Super convenient! The hotel is located just steps away from a 7-Eleven and close to the town center, making dining, shopping, and exploring super easy. Public transportation is also nearby, so getting around Songkhla is a breeze. For the price, this place offers incredible value and comfort. Definitely going to return!

The Hatyai Paradise Hotel is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are spacious and the air conditioning keeps everything cool and comfortable. I've stayed here multiple times, and it never gets old. The location is very convenient, just a short ride on the metro to the city center. It's also an amazing value for the quality you get. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hat Yai. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the heart of Hat Yai, with easy access to local markets, restaurants, and transportation. The hotel itself is spotless, with a clean and welcoming atmosphere throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure we felt comfortable. Our room was tidy, well-maintained, and surprisingly spacious for the price. One thing to note: a 500 THB cash deposit is required upon check-in, so it’s best to come prepared with some cash. Luckily, my friend had it on hand. Overall, this hotel offers exceptional value for money, combining comfort, cleanliness, and great service at an affordable rate. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hat Yai.
