My stay at Richmann Resort Hotel Hatyai was absolutely unforgettable. We booked a three-bedroom villa with a living area, private pool, and even a heated pool—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The rooms were spacious and each had a massive 75-inch TV, making it feel like a luxury retreat. Though the villa is designed for six adults, the hotel happily accommodated an extra guest with additional charges that included towels, blankets, and breakfast—great value! The breakfast was served right in our villa, and the food was fantastic: two main courses per person plus a beverage. While not halal-certified, there were plenty of delicious options to choose from. What truly stood out was the service—every request I sent via WhatsApp was answered promptly and with genuine care. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, turning what could’ve been a simple vacation into a memorable experience. If you're looking for comfort, privacy, and top-tier hospitality in Hatyai, this resort is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Staying at Monkham Village Hat Yai was a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable—just what you'd want after a long day of exploring. The bathroom is compact but functional, with a small tub that works well for a quick soak. Both the air conditioning and water heater performed reliably throughout our stay. Basic amenities were all present and in good condition. Breakfast options were limited, which is fair given the price point. However, it's worth noting that pork ham was served at the buffet—so if you're avoiding pork, be mindful before heading there. The pool is open from morning until 11 PM, and there’s a bar right next to it, making it perfect for evening relaxation. A 1,000 THB deposit is required upon check-in, but free parking is available—a big plus for travelers driving their own cars. I also noticed the front desk sells bath salts (199 THB), which might be a nice little souvenir or treat. The location is convenient for getting around Hat Yai, and public transport access is easy. Overall, this place offers great value for money and would definitely be my go-to choice if I return to Hat Yai.

I gave this hotel a 5-star rating because the rooms are incredibly comfortable and well-maintained. However, I’d recommend choosing a higher floor if you're sensitive to noise—there's a bar on the ground level that gets quite lively in the evenings, and the music can be heard in lower-floor rooms. Despite that small drawback, the overall experience was excellent. The hotel is well-located, easy to access, and offers great value for money. Clean, quiet (once you’re up high), and staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely a place I'd stay again when visiting Songkhla.

The hotel itself is spotless, with a clean and welcoming atmosphere throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure we felt comfortable. Our room was tidy, well-maintained, and surprisingly spacious for the price. One thing to note: a 500 THB cash deposit is required upon check-in, so it’s best to come prepared with some cash. Luckily, my friend had it on hand. Overall, this hotel offers exceptional value for money, combining comfort, cleanliness, and great service at an affordable rate. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hat Yai.
