Oakwood Apartments Sanya

Stayed here for 10 days and couldn’t be happier! The apartment-style rooms are incredibly convenient—fully equipped kitchen, spacious layout, and a design I really love. I ended up staying in most of the time because it felt so comfortable and self-sufficient. Cleanliness was generally good—rooms were tidy—but I noticed the housekeeping staff seemed stretched thin, almost like only one person was handling all the rooms, leading to some waiting time. Service was excellent though—always responsive. When I accidentally burned my hand, they quickly brought over burn ointment. Even when I ordered a large delivery, the friendly, slightly chubby porter helped carry everything up without hesitation. Overall, this place offers great value and a homey vibe. Definitely coming back.

Staying here for a concert in Sanya was such a great choice! The room was spacious and exactly as shown in the photos—huge balcony with amazing sea views, perfect for relaxing with a drink in the evening. Everything was clean and well-maintained, from the bathroom to the living area. The pool is lovely, shaded and large enough for a swim or just lounging around. I especially appreciated the self-service laundry—super convenient for longer stays. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The location is ideal if you're attending events nearby—the venue is just a short ride away, and it's also close to the beach. It’s a bit farther from the duty-free shopping area, but that didn’t bother me at all. Overall, an excellent stay with top-notch comfort and value. Would definitely come back!

The bathroom is well-designed with a clean separation between wet and dry areas, which makes it so much more practical. Location-wise, it’s perfect: right next to a convenience store (7-Eleven), Starbucks, and KFC, plus plenty of dining options nearby. It’s also easy to get around town by metro or taxi. The resort’s Thai-inspired design is beautiful and immersive, featuring a refreshing pool, a well-equipped gym, a kids’ sand play zone, and nightly cultural performances that added magic to the evenings. Getting around was easy—taxis were always available, and the on-site food street, Niji Night Market, buzzed with energy, offering everything from local snacks to fresh fruit. Dining options across the property were impressive: the Thai restaurant delivered great value at about $100 per person, while other eateries were affordable and satisfying. For entertainment, there’s a cinema, a quiet bookstore, and rotating art exhibitions—perfect for all ages. Extra touches like a convenience store, pharmacy, and complimentary stroller rentals made life super convenient. After a full day of exploring, we stopped by Tuicui for afternoon tea—delicate pastries with elegant designs and delicious flavors that made the perfect pick-me-up. And kudos to Wang Jingjing at reception—her kindness, patience, and helpfulness truly stood out. This place feels grand yet welcoming. I’ll definitely be back.
