That kind of thoughtful attention made a big difference. Also, the front desk staff member named Moli was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my stay—always smiling, helpful, and ready to assist. The hotel’s ambiance, cleanliness, and overall hospitality truly make it worth every penny. I’d definitely recommend this gem to anyone visiting Sanya, and I’m already planning to come back.

Breakfast was outstanding, especially the Luoma Hainan rice noodles—everyone in our group agreed it was delicious. We made a beeline for that spot every morning. On arrival day, there was a free sugar cane candy event in the lobby, and Jasmine even sent us photos taken by the in-house photographer. One highlight we absolutely couldn’t miss was the hotel’s “Papai Box” photo experience. We booked in advance, and the photographer at the 9th-floor infinity pool was fantastic.
