Staying at Crowne Plaza Kunming Ancient Dian Town during New Year's Eve was hands down the best vacation experience of the year. The guest relations team, especially Ella Jiang Wenjuan, went above and beyond—she called after booking to confirm our needs, greeted us warmly upon arrival, and made the entire process smooth and personal.
