The guest relations team, especially Ella Jiang Wenjuan, went above and beyond—she called after booking to confirm our needs, greeted us warmly upon arrival, and made the entire process smooth and personal. Just stepping outside, we were greeted by views of the amusement park’s Ferris wheel and the shimmering surface of Dianchi Lake—our kids couldn’t stop cheering at the sight of the roller coaster. The bathroom featured a luxurious round tub and dual vanity sinks—perfect for family use. Afterwards, we split up: the kids played at the kids’ club while adults relaxed by the indoor pool.
