The breakfast menu was fantastic, especially the local noodles — simple but delicious. And the coffee? Made right in front of me with rich crema and deep aroma — you can tell it’s top quality. Breakfast was excellent—plenty of variety and high quality, while afternoon tea was a delightful treat with delicious pastries and perfectly brewed teas. Our concierge, Harry, was incredibly thoughtful and went above and beyond. Without any prior planning, he helped us book a helicopter ride and a rejuvenating spa treatment—all spot-on recommendations. When we mentioned feeling a bit under the weather, he promptly arranged ginger tea for us, which was such a kind touch. Room service was fast and efficient, always arriving exactly when needed. This was hands-down our best hotel experience in Sanya so far. The only regret? We didn’t stay longer! If you’re looking for a peaceful yet luxurious escape with exceptional personal service, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended.

Staying at this resort was an absolute highlight of my trip to Sanya. The private beach is a dream—soft white sand, crystal-clear water, and peaceful vibes perfect for morning walks or sunset views. The beach bar has a relaxed atmosphere where I could enjoy a drink while watching the waves. Inside the hotel, everything felt fresh and well-maintained: the rooms were spotless, with a clean bathroom and bathtub that looked like it had just been renovated. There are two pools—one shallow one for kids, and a larger one great for laps and swimming. The fitness center is modern and fully equipped, which made working out enjoyable. What truly stood out though was the service from our personal concierge, Alex. He went above and beyond—helped us settle in early, even asked about our preferences before we arrived, and made sure every detail was taken care of. Plus, the direct connection to Haitang 68 District means dining and shopping are just steps away, whether you want local street food or upscale restaurants. Easy access by foot or public transit makes exploring convenient. This place offers incredible value for such a high-end experience. If you're looking for a relaxing, well-organized getaway, this resort delivers on all fronts.

Coming to Sanya with the kids was an absolute dream, and Sofitel Sanya Leeman Resort turned out to be the perfect choice. From the moment we arrived, every detail felt thoughtfully curated for families. Special thanks to our dedicated concierge, Angel—her responsiveness and personal touch made all the difference. She even helped us secure early check-in before arrival, which was a huge relief. Our ocean-view room (55 sqm) was spacious and beautifully designed in French Riviera style—clean, elegant, and full of charm. The private balcony faced the sea directly, so waking up to the gentle sound of waves and catching a glimpse of Wuzhizhou Island in the distance was pure magic. Sunset views from the balcony were unforgettable, and the Sofitel MyBed ensured deep, restful sleep—even our little one slept like a log. High-end L'Occitane amenities were provided, plus child-friendly toiletries, showing real attention to detail. The family-friendly facilities are simply outstanding. With over 6,000 square meters of outdoor pools, there’s something for everyone—the heated kids’ pool, the thrilling spiral slide, and the giant water bucket are repeat favorites. Daily activities like kids’ baking workshops, DIY crafts, and poolside bubble parties kept our child engaged and happy throughout the day. The exploration passport system added a fun incentive, and by the end, he’d made new friends! A short walk through lush tropical pathways leads straight to the beach, where evening lantern ceremonies and fire dances create a magical atmosphere. Dining options were excellent too—breakfast had a wide variety of fresh juices, pastries, and kid-friendly choices. Both Chinese and Thai restaurants delivered delicious, well-prepared meals at great value. Plus, the resort is just a few minutes’ drive from the duty-free shopping area—perfect for quick errands or leisurely strolls. This trip completely won us over. It’s not just a luxury getaway—it’s a truly memorable family experience. We’ll definitely be back for another stay in Sanya.

Sheraton Sanya Haitang Bay Resort

Staying at Sheraton Sanya Haitang Bay Resort was an absolute delight. Located right in the heart of Haitang Bay, it's just a short walk from Atlantis and close to the Sanya International Duty-Free Shopping Mall—perfect for exploring nearby attractions. The room was spacious with an incredible ocean view overlooking the South China Sea; waking up to see the sunrise from the balcony was unforgettable. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, and parking is super convenient. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive—the concierge team, especially Xigua and Xiaoxue, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. From personalized touches to prompt service, every detail felt thoughtful. This place truly delivers on comfort, location, and hospitality. I’d absolutely come back again.
